Ultra High Frequency is conventionally the band of frequencies that goes from 300 MHz to 3 GHz. Within this broad band of frequencies are allocated segments for different services: radio communication, most of the TV channels, from cellular telephony, wireless networks , as well as frequencies used in domestic microwave ovens. It is also used for military aeronautical communications.
