LE FIL ROUGE –Vietato non toccare

Among of Rai’s initiatives on accessibility and inclusion, Rai Valle d’Aosta has produced the episode “Vietato non toccare” of the series Le Fil Rouge, a program by Paola Corti and Ilaria Macrì. The episode follows a group of blind and visually impaired visitors of the Unione Italiana Ciechi e degli Ipovedenti-Valle d’Aosta in the Rai Museum of Radio and Television.

Awarded to RAI the “Excellence in Media Preservation” prize for the project to digitise RAI newsreel films from the years 1952 to 1985.

The prestigious international FIAT/IFTA “Excellence in Media Preservation Award 2025” has been awarded to the project “RAI Newsreels Digitisation – From 16mm Films to High Quality Master Files”, dedicated to the digitisation of RAI’s newsreel films (1952–1985).

TEDxCrocetta returns with a new edition dedicated to a fascinating and universal theme: “Coincidences.”

 

The event will be held on Friday, September 26th at 8:00 PM in the Aula Magna of the Polytechnic University of Turin. An evening that will spark inspiration and curiosity, where different ideas and perspectives will converge on stage to forge new connections.

5G for TV Production on the Track in Turin and Bardonecchia during the Turin 2025 World University Winter Games

During the event “How technologies enable the transformation of the audiovisual supply chain”, held on 24 March 2025 at the MIR in Rimini, Luca Vignaroli (Rai), Andrea Gianolli (One-TV) and Marco Bizzotto (Sony) presented the first results of an experimentation of 5G technologies on a private network (NPN), in the 4GHz band, applied to television production, carried out in Turin and Bardonecchia during the Turin 2025 World University Winter Games, by Rai together with EMG Italy, CVE, One TV, Sony Europe and the WUG Organizing Committee.
