Digital Terrestrial Television, often abbreviated as digital terrestrial, is the television represented in digital form. From a technical point of view the television signal is enclosed in an electrical signal and as such can be represented in analog form or in digital form.

Antennas for reception of TV broadcast services on mobile terminals: “Best Paper Award” at the COMSOL Conference 2020

The possibility to design compact broadband antennas for digital television reception on mobile terminals conflicts with the physical constraints dictated by the small size of the devices. The aim of this work is to investigate possible solutions that allow to optimize the antenna system for its possible use in 5G technology.
